Refund policy

At BAITMASTERS OF SOUTH FLORIDA, INC., customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are perishable, our refund and exchange policy differs depending on the type of product purchased.

Perishable Products

All sales of perishable products are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on perishable items.

If you believe your perishable order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Any such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To help us evaluate your claim, you must provide clear photos of the product and packaging. We may request additional information as needed.

If we determine that the issue was caused by our error, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement or another appropriate remedy. In many cases where the error is ours and is substantiated by photos or video, we will reship the affected items at our expense.

Dry Goods

For non-perishable dry goods, returns or exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for consideration, dry goods must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition. Approval of any return or exchange is at our sole discretion. Return shipping costs, if any, will also be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Returnable Items

In addition to perishable products, certain other items may be deemed non-returnable depending on their condition, nature, or use. Return eligibility for such items will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable. If we determine that an issue was caused by our mistake, we may, at our sole discretion, cover the cost of reshipping replacement items or provide another appropriate remedy.
